This is common sense when discussing products and services; the USP is a key component of every savvy business plan. But it’s equally important for personal development. Within the vast number of people in our global industries trying to innovate and creating amazing things, sometimes we forget to foster our own personal traits – or, unfortunately, we choose not to.
